Server and network interface inventory
How the server agent automatically populates the inventory of servers and their network interfaces
Kabeen's infrastructure inventory (servers and network interfaces) is populated automatically by the server agent deployed on each machine. There is no manual entry to perform: the agent collects and transmits the network configuration of every server.
Automatic discovery
A server's network interfaces are detected and reported automatically by the server agent. Each server displays as many entries as there are network interfaces detected on the machine.
Agent-driven inventory
The infrastructure inventory is driven by the agent and cannot be edited manually server by server. There is no action to delete a network interface from the interface: the data reflects what the agent detects on the machine.
A stale interface that persists
If a stale network interface remains after a change to the server's configuration, contact Kabeen support.
