Cost calculation and financial reporting
Understand how Kabeen aggregates application contract costs across several financial analysis axes.
Kabeen aggregates the costs from application contracts and reports them across several analysis axes so you can track your organization's software spending.
Reference year
The reference year used for financial reporting is the calendar year, from January 1 to December 31. Costs are therefore aggregated and presented over this period.
Annual cost by scope
Kabeen aggregates annual costs according to the analysis axis you choose: by team, by category, or by criticality. This view corresponds to the "split sum" of application costs, that is, the breakdown of annual spending according to the selected scope.
Total cost of acquisition
The total cost of acquisition of an application corresponds to the cumulative total of its entire contract history. It adds up all the contractual amounts associated with the application since its inception, without being limited to the reference year.
