What's new

• A new API keys settings screen lets you create, rotate, revoke and delete the keys that connect your tools to the Kabeen public API, with the access level and expiry date of your choice.
• The new auto-discovery Signals view brings uncategorised web applications and applications without usage together, so you can explore the weak signals of your estate in one place.
• A detail panel opens from an auto-discovered application and shows its status, first discovery and usage trend.
• Application filters now separate status from life cycle, so you can target your inventory more precisely.
• A collaborator's role is chosen directly in the invitation window, which avoids oversights and speeds up bulk invitations.
• A search field and role and status filters let you find a member by name or email address, even in workspaces with dozens of users.
• Prism can now ask you a question mid-conversation and offer answers you simply click, for a smoother exchange.

Improvements

• Side panels share a consistent presentation, with a side action rail and a back step to move from one panel to the next without leaving the page you are on.
• A resource header — application, equipment, server, network or data — now gathers its actions (settings, archiving, deletion) into a single menu.
• The full-screen loading view only appears at sign-in, making navigation across the platform smoother.
• The members list lets you re-send an invitation or remove a collaborator who has never signed in.
• Workspace settings separate members from permissions, with a dedicated section for creating custom roles.

Bug fixes

• Applications discovered without any usage no longer clutter the auto-discovery inventory.
• When opening Prism, the history panel no longer plays a closing animation as the page appears.

What's new

• Your applications can now be qualified with a status — Validated, Tolerated or Refused — and the inventory is browsed by tab, with an Archives space showing whether an application came from the inventory or from discovery.
• The new Discovery space gathers the applications detected across your estate: process them one at a time in card view (by keyboard or by click), or review them all at once in list view, with their recent usage and user count.
• A global search is available from any screen (Cmd/Ctrl + K) and finds your applications, servers, workstations, users, organisations, data, networks and routing equipment in a few keystrokes, with type filters and your recently viewed items.
• A new Servers tab in agent monitoring shows your deployed server agents — name, IP address, operating system, version and communication status — along with version breakdown and how the fleet has grown over time.
• An application's life cycle can now be viewed and filled in straight from its detail page: a timeline shows each phase and its dates, and the application's status is derived automatically from those dates.
• Your application export now breaks costs down by contract type (licence, training, integration, development, maintenance, support, hosting, other), so you can analyse spend line by line.
• The server list now offers a filter by manufacturer, alongside the other filters.

Improvements

• All six dashboards now share the same layout: a consistent "See more" button on widgets and trend indicators that are genuinely calculated.
• Headers, in-page tabs and tables have been unified across every inventory (applications, data, servers, routing equipment, workstations, users) for more consistent navigation.
• Empty charts and views now explain why there is nothing to display and where to start, instead of leaving a blank area.
• Creating a technology is noticeably smoother: the catalogue loads quickly and the form responds without waiting.
• Deleting a category used elsewhere now asks for confirmation and tells you how many items are affected, preventing accidental removals.
• The platform's loading animation has been redesigned and appears faster.

Bug fixes

• Malformed email addresses are now rejected when inviting colleagues and when creating an account.
• The errors and incidents block in an application's experience view no longer reports missing usage when performance data exists, and no longer shows an alert without cause.
• In a server's installed programs, rows no longer suggest an expansion that did not exist.
• The member invitation screen is fully translated and no longer shows French text in the English version.
• In the add server dialog, the installation key now appears immediately, without having to click inside the dialog.

What's new

• You can now connect an AI assistant to your Kabeen environment to query your data in plain language: the connection goes through a consent screen where you explicitly approve the access granted, and is set up straight from your usual user account.

Improvements

• Application exports now include each application's authentication information, so you can analyse how your users sign in to them offline.

Bug fixes

• Audit log labels now display fully translated, with no leftover technical text.
• The usage time shown in the Usage tab tooltip now matches the time actually consolidated per day.
• The uptime figure on the workstations dashboard stays readable on small screens.
• The navigation menu no longer flickers when you open the workstations dashboard directly from a link.
• The English version of the workstations dashboard now uses the correct wording for your information system.

What's new

• From a server's detail panel, a new interactive map shows all the network flows collected, so you can see at a glance how your servers communicate.
• Within this map you can search for an item, filter flows, group them by protocol, and export the current view.

Bug fixes

• The cost projection tooltip now appears in the foreground instead of being hidden behind the window.
• Fixed a display glitch in the account selector.

What's new

• On the workstation dashboard, each indicator now opens a detail panel listing the workstations behind it, and you can choose which criteria count toward compliance; an in-app highlight guides you to this dashboard.
• Network equipment management now covers switches and access points, and every network device can now carry custom fields and tags.

Improvements

• The Prism AI assistant is more reliable, offers a new AI model (Anthropic), better understands Kabeen-specific terms, and shows refreshed starter suggestions, with corrected documentation links.
• The server export now includes each server's agent version and its last collection date.
• In list filters, the “missing value” option now spells out exactly what is missing and on which list (for example “Applications without data”).
• Signing in now shows a clear loading indicator, including via SSO, and the app's loading experience is clearer.
• The user list loads faster on large accounts.
• OLE DB has been added to the list of available protocols.
• An application's usage panel now shows average usage duration and the number of users directly in its charts and tooltips.

Bug fixes

• An application's usage panel again shows reliable, consistent utilization rates (no more discrepancies between web/native or misleading rounding) and clearly indicates when a search returns no results.
• The application detail page no longer errors when an application has no logo.
• The application-role dropdown for a data item now displays correctly.
• The storage gauge no longer overflows on small screens.
• The PDF export of the flow map is no longer cropped.
• An application's technology selector now shows technologies under their common name and finds them when you search (for example “Microsoft .NET”).
• The data information form no longer shows empty fields.

What's new

• You can now create, rename, and delete your own instance categories — separate from catalog categories — to organize your application inventory exactly the way you want.
• A new “Applications” filter on the server list lets you instantly find every server hosting a given application.

• The Prism assistant interface has been finalized, with smoother navigation through conversations and a more polished look.
• Translations have been reviewed across the application, and the sign-in page now displays fully in your language.

Bug fixes

• Deleted catalog values now disappear from list filters (servers, applications, data, users) right away, with no page reload.
• Deleted tags no longer linger in the filter list.
• Dashboard charts now refresh correctly when you apply a filter.
• Side panels now open scrolled to the top instead of in the middle.
• The total shown at the bottom of the router list now matches the actual number of rows in the table.
• The CSV export on the App Experience screen works again.
• Servers running Windows Server are no longer mistaken for Windows 10, and the operating system name now appears clearly in both the workstation list and detail view.

What's new

• The workstation export now includes more hardware details (IP address, manufacturer, model, serial number, uptime, and more) for more complete inventories.

Improvements

• The Workstation dashboard is clearer and more accurate: share of workstations by battery state, operating-system breakdown by major version, figures shown precisely, and trends presented neutrally.
• Each diagram now has a stable, unique address, so you can bookmark it, share it via a link, and reopen it exactly as it was.
• The network equipment count is now consistent, whether the items are routers or firewalls.

Bug fixes

• The CSV export of application experience works again.
• An already signed-in user who opens the login page is now redirected straight to their home page.
• The login page now displays fully in French when the application is set to French.
• Several texts that appeared partly in English (discovered-applications panel, workstation tooltip, login page) are now correctly translated.
• Location entry is fixed: you can again save more than two locations without overwriting one.
• An announcement whose start and end dates fall on the same day is now active that day, instead of being filed as archived.
• An extra scrollbar has been removed from the custom-fields edit window.

What's new

• You can now filter an application's usage by activity type (web usage or installed app) and by time period, using a date range picker.
• Each summary indicator now shows its trend versus the previous period (up or down, with the percentage change), so you can spot usage shifts at a glance.
• A new usage-rate indicator ranks each team's usage intensity on a three-level scale (low, medium, high).
• You can now export usage data straight from the tab, honoring the active filters, to analyze and share it outside the platform.

Improvements

• New indicators round out the Usage tab: average time per session, usage frequency, time spent per day and cumulative time.
• The team view is reorganized: the full list of teams and their adoption rate is shown with more room, expands to reveal individual users, and lets you dismiss automatically detected teams that aren't relevant.
• Usage histograms are easier to read with an average-usage line, a duration chart and interactive tooltips that detail each measure on hover.
• The Usage tab shows a clearer empty state when no data is available and benefits from a more polished overall layout.

Bug fixes

• Fixed display glitches in the Usage tab for a more reliable presentation.
• Fixed unexpected behaviors when viewing usage data.

Improvements

• Application contracts are now sorted by end date, surfacing the ones expiring soonest.
• Automatic discovery of your applications' capabilities is now more reliable: applications reach a stable state and new applications are picked up faster.

Bug fixes

• Invitations sent to new users now go through: the invitation email is correctly delivered to the invited person.
• Spurious “newtab” addresses no longer appear among detected applications.
• Automatically discovered capabilities are now correctly handled in filters.
• A typo in the data search has been fixed.
