Cost Projection

We have enhanced the "Finance" dashboard in Kabeen to allow you to project the future costs of your contracts. This feature provides a clear view of upcoming expenses related to your applications.

You can now obtain a projection of costs for licenses, subscriptions, and associated services (training, integration, etc.) for the next ten years.
In addition to the annual view, it is possible to visualize costs for each quarter and each month, offering detailed granularity of your expenses.

How to Use This Feature

1. Access the Finance Dashboard
   Navigate to the "Finance" section in Kabeen and select the dashboard.

2. Configure the Projection Period
   Choose the desired projection period (up to 10 years) to get a comprehensive view of your future expenses.

3. Analyze the Costs

   View projected costs by year, quarter, or month. Use filters to explore the details of licenses, subscriptions, and associated services.
