Replace the usage-tracking URLs

Full replace of the usage-tracking URLs: entries not listed are removed, entries identical to an existing one keep their id. Each entry is a domain or a URL — the scheme is optional and a trailing slash is ignored (`crm.example.com`, `https://example.com/portal/`). An empty list clears them.
